I'm Geoff Bolen and I own this place.

I'm at my freest and most imaginative animating the molecular and cellular — proteins doing what comes natural, cells under stress, things you can't put a camera on. It's all built from real data and mechanics, so it holds up when someone who knows the biology sees it. And the anatomy and instruments that set the scene and open this world get the same care and attention here.

I arrived at this work through a sequence of doorways — DNA synthesis and yeast genomics labs, followed by a long corridor of media, film and animation production. At the moment, I'm relearning the joy of swimming in the sea here in Southwest Florida. The warm bath where life began.
